The Role
To support an established Accounts Receivable team, ensuring the accurate

Ensure payments are made in line with company policy
Liaise with internal and external customers via phone to resolve any issues

The Person
We are looking for an individual who has relevant experience in areas of
accounts payable, including invoice processing, supplier statement
reconciliations and BACS/foreign payments. Additional skills include:
* Excellent PC skills in all MS Office software
* Strong planning skills, self awareness and willingness to take on
responsibility
* Strong organizational skills, ability to work to deadlines and adapt to
ever changing workload priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SKILLS:
A working knowledge of required cash flow and how this effects the Accounts
Payable department
Demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed set deadlines
Understanding of the companys financial targets and company financial
procedures
Excellent organizational skills in order to control high volume workloads
Experience of dealing effectively with customer queries
Ability to communicate
Knowledge of Microsoft office

  3. wow.. i just received the scam email #2. I’ve also been getting phone calls from an unknown number for the last two days and I wonder if it was from this guy. What are they trying to get from me? I’m glad I sensed the email seemed fishy and googled his name. Thanks for your help!

  4. I got Scam Email #2 today!! I don’t understand what they’re gaining from this because the email also notes that I will receive a check and my errand is to buy some toys from stores and send them to an orphanage.

  5. it seems to me that scam artists everywhere are getting to be so adoptive to different settings and restrictions. Well, as for me, the best deterrent against scams is always right information so that people could be fully aware and not be victimized.

    Your site here is playing a very important role in stopping these scams from fooling other people.

  6. Hi Steve, you are doing great reporting scam artists and more and more are crawling out of the woodwork. Do you report them to any agencies that can shut them down? Having had my Visa card hacked into twice, somebody buying a $78.00 item on Pay Pal, I would like to se the rats put out of business.
