  2. Just wanted to give you a heads-up to warn people about Allstate Inventory or any company that claims they have inventory jobs in your area. Here’s the deal you become “certified” to do in home inventories that cost $150 per hour. At the end of the day you split 50/50 with Allstate Inventory from the check the customer writes you. Ok, seems a little greedy on their part since you do all the work, but for $75 an hour, its off to work I go. Oh wait a minute, just one thing–are you a certified inventory specialist? No? Well no problem its just a formality–do an inventory in your own home and then e-mail the results to them, along with a green-dot card for $95 to cover the costs. It takes about 5 business days to get your package back, which will include enough copies of everything to do your first 60 jobs and you will also get a free website. (SMACK MY SELF IN THE HEAD) This site is to help you get more business on your own. Now I’ve been a Realtor in the state of AZ where $95 barley covered postage for some of the stuff you had to buy so I really didn’t think that much about a measly $95 for a another piece of paper saying I was certified. Well, that’s how they get you–it’s not enough money to make you really stop and think. Let everyone know, stay away from Allstate Inventory or any company with a similar program–they even had a pretty nice web site. Well, they got me but I don’t want them to get you too so let a word to the wise suffice. In this case it wasn’t even something that sounded too good to be true–I was not really looking forward to counting all of Mrs. Smiths fancy china, but hey- it sounded like a job and an income and I was just careless enough to go for it. Don’t let them get you too.They will give you a web site–Allstate Inventory@iweb222.com and a phone number 888-752-1566 or 561-929-8344 for cust. service. A word to the wise–stay away. I don’t know, maybey if enough people called that last customer service number someone could find out something I don’t know, Ive never gotten an answer myself.

    Take note of the standard of English that is enough to tell you it is Fraud and they seem to come up with new ideas all the time these crims. They are asking you to do a questionaire where a lot of information you give can be used for Fraud of all sorts Banks, Illegal passports, money laundering and more. This is a twisted world! People beware.
