Do you like a good game of chance? Do you like to bet on the flip of a coin? If you do, then you may have already come across a type of trading known as Binary Options.

This trading styles, as its binary title suggests, there are only two options: win or lose.

The basic premise of binary options is that you make a guess (an educated one in theory) about whether stocks will go up or down. If you guess that they go up and they do, you win. If you guess they go down, and they do, you win. Otherwise you lose.

It might seem odd that I am making it out to be a game, when they are a part of general stock markets, but the way it is structured you would be better off risking your money on the horses.

Of course there are lots and lots of “systems” and “software” out there that touts that it can improve your odds of choosing the right options and whether to go up or down with them.

One such system is called Instant Money Insider and it is doing the rounds currently on that oh so respectable website, ClickSure.

The Pitch

The initial sales page for the product is full on internet marketing in over drive.

The video is utter rubbish, with actors spouting fake statistics and fake gratitude. That aside, how wouldn’t get excited about the possibility to download software that will make you $1,450 a day, for free?

Instant Money Insider Live Members

As well as that there are random popups informing you about different people who have just earned money that instance!

Shame they are fake. A quick look at the code proves it is just a JavaScript script spouting out random names and amounts.

Does that instill you with confidence?

This might make no sense to you, but trust me, the Live Members earning money is a lie.

Going Forward

After entering your email address (are you ready for the spam?), you get sent over to the Members Application Page.

This area is where you are given your instructions on how to obtain the free software.

In short, you need to sign up to a specific Trader and once you have handed over $250 of your hard earned cash, you will get access to the software.

If you do sign up, then what happens is that the product creator gets a kick back from the Trader of around $250 or more, with a large chunk of that going to any affiliate that may have sent you to the site.

In fact Instant Money Insider offers $200-$250 in commissions to affiliates, which is why so many people out there are trying to get you to sign up to binary option products like this: the earnings are just too good.

The software you signed up to get is in fact most likely the built in software that the Trader supplies, so there isn’t anything amazing, no tricks, just the default online software.

Instant Money Insider Commissions

Who?

The Trader that is used in this system is called Fourmarkets and they are based out of London, England, though reading the copy on the site I was expecting it to be out of a non-English speaking country.

That aside, the company is outside of the US, so US laws do not apply. That means if you have a problem, there’s no running to the government for help as they will have no power over the company.

Making a profit

Let’s say that you invested $100 and you won, and you calculate that you have doubled your money, well, you’re wrong.

On a successful trade you will only get 88% of the winning amount. That means you need to have won by at least 114% (so $114 for $100 invested) to just about make a profit (of $0.32 cents).

If you are not successful with your guess, then the Trader may refund you up to 10% of the money placed – no guarantees on the amount, it may be 0%.

What this amounts to is that you have to be successful: by a lot and a lot of the time in order to make money with binary options.

The Bottom Line

Not all Binary Option systems are scams, but Instant Money Insider is certainly a scam in my opinion.

It’s free, but not really as you need to pay $250 to join the Trader. On top of that the product (I use this term very loosely) author is really just trying to get you to sign up to the Trader so they can get their commission.

Binary Trading is also very high risk, and should really only be practised by people who have a deep understanding of stock markets.

In short, avoid Instant Money Insider as a way to make money online, it will just end in tears and empty pockets.

How Does Instant Money Insider Compare?

Binary Options trading programs all come down to essentially one thing: You’re betting your hard earned money on a coin flip. Successful businesses are not built this way! You can’t expect to make money this way.

I’ve Tried That has been reviewing ways to make money from home since 2007. In that time, there’s one program that stands above the rest. It’s free to get started, has no ridiculous hidden charges, and will help you build a sustainable income from home.

Let’s see how Instant Money Insider compares…
