Angela Penbrook? Angel Stevens? A Scam by Any Other Name…

Hey, you! “Angela Penbrook!” We’re calling you out. You are deliberately misleading people desperate for legitimate work so you can sell your “rebate processing program.” We’re gonna expose you.

When we said we were going to review the “rebate processing jobs” that have become popular over the last year, one of the first commenters asked if we were going to look at Angela Penbrook’s system at myrebateprocessor.com or processfromhome.com. Or is it “Angel Stevens?” It doesn’t really matter because both “women” and their claims are equally misleading.

[Update March 10, 2009: ABC News’s 20/20 program featured this scam on March 6. Click here to watch the segment.]

We didn’t sign up for her program because it was $197, while other sites are offering the exact same “opportunity” for as little as $29.95. And because we didn’t sign up, this is not a full review. It’s merely my opinion based on experience and based on the claims on “Angela’s” own website.

Read All About “Rebate Processing Jobs”
If you’re new to I’ve Tried That, you’ll want to click over to our full review of rebate processor jobs. We signed up for one of them and tell you all about what they’re really offering.

After you’ve read that original review, this one will make a lot more sense. It’s the same pig, just with different lipstick.

It’s Not a Job. They’re Barely Rebates
What Penbrook is offering you is not a job. You’re not going to get batches of work from Home Depot of Blockbuster or Netflix. It is internet marketing. And to call what you would be doing “rebate processing” is deliberately misleading. Here’s how the program is supposed to work:

  • The forms you fill out are used to create Internet advertisements for companies selling products through Clickbank, a large Internet marketing clearing house.
  • After you create an ad, you have to get lots of people to see it. You do this by spreading your ads all over the ‘Net. (Psst! That’s called “spam” and is frowned upon in polite societies.)
  • When lots of people see it, some will click on it.
  • When lots of people click on it, some will purchase whatever your ad is selling.
  • Then, and only then, will you get paid.
  • The “rebate” is you sending part of your commission back to the buyer.
  • Lots of Hype, Little Substance
Here’s a clue you can use to spot misleading “job” advertisements every time: look for the sales tactics. Why are sales tactics a clue that you’re about to be taken to the cleaners? Because the scammer led you to believe that you’re learning about a job. But if you read the whole page, do you have a good idea of what you will be doing?

Imagine going to a job interview and your potential boss tells you a sob story about how broke he was, how he finally “made it” and how you can make thousands of dollars a day. Wouldn’t you be suspicious he didn’t tell you what work you would be doing? The same principle applies to Internet “job” advertisements.

Here are the sales tactics Angela Penbrook uses at myrebateprocessor.com. See the looooong page that starts out with emotional hype? See the clock ticking down until your chance to buy expires? Those are designed to sell you something, not to get you to do legitimate work. Do you really think the positions are almost full and that “today might be the last day?” It’s a sales tactic. See the testimonials? See the pictures of riches and happy people? All are designed to push your emotional buttons to get you to click and buy.

The Full Truth About Some of Her Lies
$15 per rebate? If you make a sale from your Internet ads AND the commission is more than $15 AND you decide to send all but $15 back to the purchaser as a “rebate,” then yes, you made $15. I don’t know about you, but that’s a lot of “if.”

Three easy steps? Yes, you can sign up at Clickbank, create ads, and see who has made purchases that are eligible for refunds. I guess those are three steps. But they are NOT easy steps. They’re categories of steps, each one requiring countless hours and clicks. You’ll spend many hours just to get started, let alone the complex steps involved in getting people to see and click on your ads.

The reasons processing rebates is profitable. These reasons are about halfway down her page, after the table showing how much money you can make. They are deliberately written to make you think companies are dieing to “hire” you to work from home processing their rebates. I hope it’s clear by now that nothing could be further from the truth.

If You Don’t Believe Me, How About the Better Business Bureau?
The BBB report has this to say about myrebateprocessor.com:

Complainants allege false advertising, misrepresentation, inability to obtain refunds, and failure to honor their money back guarantee. Some customers complain that instead of receiving an employment opportunity, they received only instructions on internet sales tactics. Other complainants report they are unable to speak with anyone at the company or that company personnel is rude or fails to resolve their concerns. Most complainants allege the company fails to provide any information or instructions on obtaining refunds. All complaints are pending at this time.

    And this:

We believe this company’s advertising is deceptive and misleading. They are not directly offering employment. They sell information, not viable work opportunities. In our experience, the only one collecting any money will be this company collecting your $197.00. We know of no work at home offer that has ever generated the amount of income implied or advertised in the offer.

    Scrubbing the Ick Off
I could go on, but I’ve spent enough time with Angela Penbrook. I need to go take a shower now. I’m so thoroughly disgusted with her deception, I can’t even tell you. Here at I’ve Tried That, we hear from lots of people who are just trying to make a little extra working from home, and they get taken in by lying pages like this one. They usually spend money they don’t have to sign up for programs they don’t understand. Angela Penbrook knows this and plays your fears to make herself rich.

We’ve written a book that tells you how to find real jobs online and how to spot deceptive advertising like rebate processing sites use.

    [Update: April 5, 2008]
This is very revealing. Connie in the comments called “Angela’s” 1-800 number to demand a refund. The rep on the other end of the line took her name and information, put her on hold, and then came back and said her refund was being processed. But Connie never signed up to begin with! “Angela Penbrook’s” operation is probably being run from a kitchen table somewhere with a pencil and paper.

  1. Just received another email from Angela Penbrook/Angel Stevens http://www.promgw@attremen.com so BEWARE. Also found another address from other complaint site that shows Shawn Kennington as one of two of the owners for Penbrook Productions and also says they have a base company in Las Vegas Penbrook Productions Process 2510 E. Sunset Rd. #5 Las Vegas 89120-3500. Plus checked with VEGASBBB.COM and they don’t have any complaints on Angela Penbrook Productions/Angel Stevens at all so I filled out my complaint and think everybody else should too. Let’s get these two guys.

  3. Thank you Jon for posting those e-mails. I have sent them the Microsoft Word attachement of all the e-mails sent and received by Angel Stevens and her Staff. I have all of the lies that were said to me and that were posted on her web site.

I am still continuing on my quest to sht her down through a class action law suit. I still only have four names. Anyone looking to join me on this please e-mail me! LookN2MyBluStars@aol.com. I am NOT going to sell your e-mail to anyone or give it to anyone except an attorney!!! YOU HAVE MY WORD ON THAT!!!!!!

Jon: I think we should contact each other because it seems you got in touch with a few GOOD people to help me on my quest. I would LOVE to know what kind of progress you made with them! I was hoping if you could send me the phone number of the LAPolice that you contacted so I can e-mail them my document that I put together.

I just wish more people on this thread were a little more pro-active like you and I are.

  4. The only way I got my refund was to fill out a dispute payment from with my credit card company after they investigated Penbrook Productions thay told me to file this form and I did receive my refund from credit card company and they said banks will do the same too. I am getting scam/fraud emails too from out of country companies looking for representatives to cash check donations keep 10% and mail rest of money to company out of country address but have to sign up with your information first, Image Incentive John Strummer Tempe Arizona (which is Smart Advertising Solutions company check Ripoff Report complaint and see how senior executive and salesman operate and treat future customers you won’t want to miss Drummers responses), Lotto out of country winning numbers and numerous other scam/fraud emails. I also told careerbuilder.com about Penbrook Productions to Michael.Hargis@careerbuilder.com about their DBA’s that are being advertised on their site. One of their fraud people emailed me and wanted more information about the agencies I was using to investigate Penbrook Productions so contact careerbuilder.com too and let them know about your problems with Angela Penbrook companies. I now only see Angel Stevens companies advertised on careerbuilder.com and none of Angela Penbrook DBA’s anymore after checking today so people who were scammed by Angel Stevens DBA’s let Michael.Hargis@careerbuilder.com know about your problems with them so they will investigate and take them off their site too. I have also sent email complaints to LABBB, Criminal Justice Department (Askdoj@usdoj.gov) , State Attorney Generals Office California, City of Irvine, Fraud International,Ripoff Report,Ivetriedthat and other fraud/scam sites about Angela Penbrook Productions DBA’s (Wealthdci,Iwealth,ITop, Csh1234dotcom.com, processrebatesathome, etc.). Don’t let Joseph,Angela and Angel get away with our money and think it’s OK to scam others too. Let’s give as much information and tell our stories to as many agencies and websites so they will be investigated and either put out of business or in jail.

  5. They were extremely evasive and kept trying to persuade me to try their services. I made very clear one last time that I was not interested, wanted my refund, and finally, I threatened legal action. The next e-mail I received (which was yesterday afternoon) was a receipt for my refund. I checked my account just a few minutes ago and everything checked out; I got my money back.

Just stay on them. Be firm and don’t be afraid to threaten legal action.

  6. I Googled “working from home” early yesterday morning and stumbled upon SiteReviewAuthority.org (one of Google’s sponsored links, mind you) and from there, stumbled onto Process at Home. I signed up, blah blah blah. Afterward, I decided to do a little more research. It was only through Googling “Angel Stevens” that I found all these sites dedicated to exposing this BS for what it is. I called customer support just twenty minutes ago. The line had this sharp fuzz and the woman on the other end was difficult to hear. She took my info, put me on hold, came back, took more info, then put me back on hold. She came back and I bluntly stated that I was no longer interested and wanted my refund. She asked why. I said, “Because it makes me a little uncomfortable that the vast majority of Google hits that appear when the keywords ‘Angel Stevens’ and ‘Process at Home’ are used are web sites describing how it is a scam.” She proceeded to give me all her BS about how it wasn’t a scam and all that business. She told me I still had 89 days remaining and encouraged me to continue with the program. Again, I bluntly stated, “You can tell me that until you’re blue in the face. I’m no longer interested. I want my money back.” She said that since I had signed up and made the transaction only yesterday, I’d have to call back in about four days. I’m going to do that and report back here with my results.

  7. I have read a lot of thoughts on rebate processing (all negative) and about not being able to get a refund. I tried Angela Pembrook’s Rebate Processing Scam and figured I was screwed.
It definitely is a misrepresentation of the real program. You process rebates on products you must first sell, then you offer the rebate. So, I decided it wasn’t for me and asked for my fee (197 USD) to be refunded. And it was, in a week. I sent an email to their customer care, they sent back an email the next day saying I needed to call with some info about the original sale; last 4 digts of card it was purchased on, name, date, email. So I emailed Mon., received the reply email and called customer care on Tuesday and my account was credited on Friday. I was blown away that they were so prompt, not that I even expected to get it at all. SO TRY IT! 1 866 885 8126

  8. Joyce,

You say you have been dealing with her since january??? Well didnt her web site say that if you wanted a refund to just call and there wont be any questions asked and that it was hassle free??

Well I think 6 months trying to get your money back seems like a hassle to me!!! I am still trying to get people to join me on my quest to shut her down!

I have four people so far! As soon as I get enough names I am willing to take it to a lawyer as a class action law suit.

  9. Hi to all, it’s Joyce here again. My post last month told everyone about how my credit card company had refunded my money, then turned around and put it back as a charge with accusations that I did not follow the merchant’s instructions. They threatened to report me to the 3 big credit reporting agencies if I did not pay that debt. I explained how I replied, requesting proof that they had contacted Penbrook Productions. I had also told them I wanted this proof within 30 days or I was going to send their very unkind threatening letter to the BBB online and offline, and also to the attorney general of the state in which their corporate headquarters are located.
Truthfully, I thought I had lost this one, but lo and behold, today I got a response, and they have again credited the $197.00 to my account. So here we go again, what a roller coaster ride from this Angela Penbrook. Apparently they had not a shred of proof that they were able to contact her. So, hopefully this ends a saga that has been ongoing since January. I am cautiously
optimistic that this is the end of it. But you can be sure that I will check my bill carefully every month, in case they try to sneak it in there again.
I have always been a big believer in the power of the written word, and that seems to be the key. Keep writing, keep after them no matter how badly you may want to just forget about all of it. Stick to your principles, you are a victim and you have rights!!!
Take care, and thanks for all the good input from such good people!!!

  10. hi all, I have purchased this “rebate processing program” since Jan,08. It took me two weeks to login and there is not a real job but online marketing.
Then I start to ask them for refund, they said they have proceeded my refund but which I never got it till now.
I would like to share with everybody, don’t ever trust them.

  11. “If it’s too good to be true it probably isn’t” … I believe all of us have an inner conviction that tells us this is the case, but our desires (and need to either get rich or get out of debt) simply overcome our rationale thinking.

I speak from personal experience. I found out about Angel (in disguise) Steven’s online offer of $197 and had that inner conviction kick in just in time.

I googled just the name ANGEL STEVENS and it was the best thing I could have done to keep me from throwing two-hundred bucks out the window.

Its like all businesses are just after sale after sale and not giving any truth to customers. Its all makeing money by scamming or misleading or just plain false advertisement.

  14. it’s debbie again, i reported that $6,250.00 was taken out of my account by some of angel steven’s gurus. i was wrong about that . i had even contacted my credit card company on this issue. i understood one person to tell me that this money had been taken out. i was so upset that i must have misunderstood. i have kept in contact with my credit card company , so far this money has not been taken out of my account. i cancelled that credit card account. and opened a new one. so there cannot be anymore money taken out of my account. the angel stevens program sent me a e-mail after much e-mailing from me wanting my money back. they refunded my $197.00 back to my account. praise the lord for that. i have found that anything that looks to good to be true. is!! i am sorry that some of my information was wrong. i was so upset i must have misunderstood what the lady at the credit card company told me.
i would advise anyone who is having trouble getting their money back to not give up. keep e-mailing them. also keep a copy of each e-mail you send them and each e-mail they send you back. just in case you need proof. i can send anyone the e-mail addresses that i used if anyone is interested. i hope my experience helps someone else not to make the mistake i did.
thank the lord it wasn’t as bad as i first thought it was. i also was sent by e-mail a receipt for the 6,250.00 by this company. i just knew my money was taken out. maybe they did’nt have time to do so. i don’t know. i am just happy i am not out the 6,250.00 or the money they said i would have to pay if i quit the program early. praise the lord. sincerely debbie

He was able to help some, maybe not all, but some. And he tried. Joseph Ashford. Remember him? He is going to quit, the company is now going completely against their word. They will supposedly not me refunding their customers anymore. Putting Mr. Ashford out of a job. The only job he tried to do. And he did do a lot. Now he can’t. Sorry Joe, sorry everybody. He tried.

  16. Hi-

Just saved me and my wife from investing in Angelas scheme. Things are pretty bad when you have to “GOOGLE” someone first in order to see if they are lying or not. I am with a company called Genesis 255 LLC. Before I gave them my $25.00 I had to check them out because my son told me they sounded too good to be
true. I told him that ONCE IN A LIFETIME YOU COME ACROSS SOMETHING THAT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE,BUT IT REALLY IS! Being suspicious of everything, all the time is such a bummer! But I tried to see it his way, and 40% OFF GASOLINE in these times sounds too good to be true, especially when you also are told you will get 10% to 25% IMPROVED MILEAGE. Like I said, I tested them and then tried their products. I WAS AMAZED: They actually told the truth. This Processing Rebates thing is really a slap in the face to EVERY NETWORKER! I am just glad there are folks here and http://www.internetscambusters.com to police the internet and warn people like me of scams

  17. God, I am so glad I decided to google Angel Stevens and came upon all of your stories and experiences. I found her website and hesitated and decided to try and check it another day to see if the 2 minutes I had left was still there. Of course, it was and I also was receiving emails from her website. I know I’m not very savvy on the computer like some folks and like everyone else, I really couldn’t afford to do it, but I really wanted fo find something I could do at home and make some decent money. Thank God I decided to google her and find you guys. Thanks for saving me! And Dave you wrote to Allyson on Jul 2nd giving her your email to help with business at home sites–I hope you don’t mind, I will be emailing you too. Thanks again, Cindy

  19. Here is information for anybody who is having trouble getting their money back from online scammers.

Save all documentation that you have regarding your attempt to get your refund.

Then contact your state attorney generals office regarding the trouble you are having.

Most people know what a waste of time and money the court system has become but when you contact your state attorney general they will take all of the proper actions to get you your rebate up to as well as including placing arrest warrants for the online scammers.

You already got scammed by the government and paid your taxes so now let those taxes go after the other scammers, LOL.

  22. Oh my god, I almost got scammed on this. I hit upon SiteReviewUthority.org and it reviewed Angela Stevens rebate program as #1 and legitimate. I read the lengthy website and thought what the heck I’ll try it…had my credit card out and everything. Then, when I tried to order my computer would lock up. Lucky me, I tried a number of times, same thing – so I couldn’t order. Continuing my stupidity, I googled her name thinking maybe the site was old and I could order on a different one, and the search pulled up ProcessForPay.com – exact same lengthy website, word for word, testimonials and all, accept Angela’s name is replaced with John Jacobs! And then I hop on this site and realize this is also marketed under Angela Penbrook? Everyone, besides processathome.com STAY AWAY from processforpay.com, too!

I DID NOT STAY ENROLLED. IN FACT I CANCELLED. I WAS TOLD I WAS BEING SILLY. THAT TO CANCELL WAS IN OTHER WORDS A STUPID DECISION. FINALLY THE LAST GENTLEMAN TOLD ME IF I DID CANCEL I WOULD BE CHARGED A 15 PERCENT CANCELLATION CHARGE. I CANCELLED ANYWAY. I WILL CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AGAIN TOMORROW AND TAKE THEIR ACTIONS UP WITH THEM. SORRY TO KEEP CHANGING MY INFORMATION. I THINK I HAVE GOT IT RIGHT THIS TIME. OH YES THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHY I WAS CANCELLING. I TOLD THEM I HAD COME ACROSS ALOT OF NEGATIVE FACTS ABOUT THE COMPANY. THEY SAID I WAS MAKING A DECISION ON INFORMATION THAT WAS INCORRECT.
THEY WERE NOT WORKING FOR ANGEL STEVENS IN A DIRECT WAY. IF THEY WERE NOT IN WITH HER THEN HOW DID I GET THEM THROUGH THE PROCESS AT HOME WORK PROGRAM? BEATS ME DEBBIE

  31. i recently subscribed to the angel stevens work at home program. i was charged the $197.00 initial fee. the information i was sent was over whelmning. i don’t think i could have figured it out myself. so i applied for their one on one program. i was contacted, interviewed and welcomed into their program. there was only a few of these positions available. i had the impression that i would be out no further money out of my own pocket. well a $6,250.00 charge was mentioned that should have stopped me in my tracks but it did not. normally i am a skeptic. but this time i went ahead. this was on friday the 27th of june. that very day the $6,250.00 was taken out of my credit card account. evidently i thought no more money would be taken out of my account. i thought my credit card would be working for me. i naturally was upset when i found out this withdrawal had been made. thank the good lord i checked with my credit card company. the person who talked with me last from this company said i would be called monday or tuesday to continue this venture. i have already talked to my credit card company. i have asked for a refund of all my money from the angel steven’s program. my credit card company is waiting to see if anyone calls me monday or tuesday.
i have unsubscribed from the angel steven’s program and i hope i get my money returned to me. normally i am not this stupid but at least for this experience i must have been. i haven’t read where anyone else was out the extra $6,250.00. i don’t know if i am the only one to have made that mistake. if i am i hope i can prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. i know it is hard to admit but if anyone else has had the same experience with this company. let us know. debbie

  32. Hello Everyone. I have received emails from her trying to get me to go into processing rebate. Email that has her page and everything. I almost went for it but then I didn’t. I ignored it. I later received another email from Angela and so I wanted to check up on her business, so I googled her and found out that she was a scam. I was very happy that I did google her. I later had an email from another rebate processing and her name is Cindy Dalton. Well, she is a lot cheaper and thought she might be legite, so I googled her and found this author by Joe talking about Cindy and he said she is a scammer too. I’m thankful for the people who know how to get listed with google and talk about the different scamming opportunities. Joe and other people help us out a lot emotionally and financially by giving us very helpful information so we want make the mistake of going with these scammers. I just want to tell everyone to google any online opportunity that is given to you and make sure they are legite and that the business is what they say they are.

But I did email her pravite gmail and told who ever reads there mail that they took my money the same day as I sent it and I wanted it back today. I also told them that if I didn’t have it today, I was going to call my lawyer and they could deal with her.

  36. Angel Stevens, or who ever you are. This is a SCAM. They did tell me they would give me a refund back and even gave me a confermation number for the $197, but it will remain to be seen if I get the money or not. But this is a SCAM. She says you can make money the same day as you sign up, that’s a lie. Everything about Angel Stevens is a lie. I don’t know how these people sleep at night. They steel money everyday from people like you and me. I’ll keep you undated on the refund thing. When you email therre support it’s always the same, you are not going to get there so called data base where all these rebates are suppose to be. Because they aren’t there. Until I get my money back, I’m going to send her an email a day and tell her what a SCAM she has going on.

  37. I fell for this scam and I have sent dozens of e-mails back and forth with them. I would LOVE TO SHOW EVERYONE WHAT THEY SAY TO ME when I tell them i think they are scamming me. PLEASE E-MAIL ME and I will send you all the e-mails I received as well as all the e-mails I sent to them detailing every aspect of their web site that proved to be false and them e-mailing me back with their invalid comments. They finally issued me a refund and if you look closely at the web site, they offer a “DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK GAURENTEE” so I keep trying to e-mail them to honor that gaurenttee and they have not yet replied to my e-mail. Its as if that since they gave me my money back, they dont have to respond to me anymore.

And I cant call them because the number they provided to call is a customer service call center that they hired so they dont work directly with them and its a hassle to talk with them because they ask for all of your information to verify you have an account with ProcessAtHome before they even answer any of your questions. And since they gave me my money back, I dont have an account so I cant even CALL them to harrass them.

BUT ANYONE WHO IS OUT THERE WILLING TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT ON THEM PLEASE CONTACT ME LookN2MyBluStars at aol

  38. Unfortunately I too fell for this scam. After about a month of emailing and telephoning I was finally able to get the locations of the secret web sites where Lessons 2 through 7 were located. Turns out that all she is offering is rehashed tips on how to set up a blog, internet marketing and how to become an affiliate. In other words information that is freely available on the web. As far as the refund goes, I was told that the web site that handled refunds was not working but was being worked on.

  39. I’m a Penbrook Victom as well and as I receive amo to fight them I will pass it on to all who have been victomized. I went to 7onyourside.com the ABC consumer help line seen on TV and they have agreed to take my complaint and are investigating the Penbrook Scam! You can also make your report too just go to 7onyourside.com or to the official website for ABC and type in consumer help. The representitive that is assisting me gave me some helpful advice as well. Go to the http://www.ic3.gov website(Internet Crime site). She said to call your areas District Attorneys Office, and to write the Attorny Generals Office as well. Don’t give up we have got to fight back to protect others!

  40. Joyce: That’s sooo infuriating! Of course, the scam that is the credit card industry in America makes Penbrook look like truly small potatoes in comparison. My only suggestion is that you do not give up! Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, so you need to make it your personal mission to make the lives of whatever customer service reps you talk to miserable. Call them every day. Write letters, send faxes.

GREAT call demanding that they produce proof of having spoken with Penbrook Productions. I’m sure you’re right about how it happened and they never will.

Who is your credit card provider?

  41. Hi to Joe and Steve,
This is Joyce checking back in again. You know, I posted I was scammed and got my funds back from refuting the charge with my CC company. Well, you will not believe this—-thought this matter was finished, gave the CC Co. everything they asked for, and they gave me a conditional refund. Two days ago I got a letter again from my CC Co. and they informed me that “they removed the conditional credit because the merchant’s cancellation/return policy was not followed.” They recharged my CC for the $197 and to add insult to injury, they threatened me that if I did not pay that charge they would report my account as deliquent to the 3 credit reporting bureaus, and they listed all of them with their respective addresses, phone numbers, etc.
I was in shock, and then so furious that I could hardly see to type back a reply. I asked them “just who they thought they were, and how dare they try to threaten to report my account to those bureaus.” I said ” how can I follow the merchant’s policy when the merchant REFUSED to answer my emails and phone calls.”
Then I told them “I wanted to see proof immediately of their contacts with Penbrook Productions, and if they did not provide me with that info then I was going to turn the whole thing over to the BBB online and offline and whatever other legal agencies I can find, and their company’s treatment of this matter would also be included in along with the fraud perpetrated by Penbrook Productions.” I said “you may think you have finished with this matter, but you are sadly mistaken, you will be hearing from me for a very long time about this.” UNBELIEVABLE!!! I am the victim and being treated as if I did something wrong. I think they went after Penbrook and hit a “brick wall” just as everyone else did, got tired of it, and dumped it back in my lap.
Does anyone know for sure who Penbrook’s ecommerce provider is?
I never got a receipt, just the charge on my card with a number and Penbrook. Esellerate says they are not her merchant, as does Click and Buy. Any other suggestions??? Now I have to fight this all over again along with a huge credit card company, and the 90 days just passed last week!!!
Any suggestions would be appreciated.Hope this does not happen to anyone else!
    Joyce
