If you don’t, now is the time. It’s true: not everyone needs a blog. In fact, I’ve seen some that are a pure waste of cyberspace. I’ve owned a couple of them.
But we’re big fans of money around here, and chances are good that you read I’ve Tried That because you are interested in using the Internet to make money. Blogging is a good way to do that.
Maybe you’ve felt overwhelmed by the idea of blogging for money. Maybe it looks too complicated. I won’t lie to you—there’s a lot to learn.
But honestly, those concerns are a ways down the road for you if you’re new to blogging. You don’t need to worry right now about search engine optimization or maximizing ad placement. Just take the first blogging baby steps and I think you’ll be encouraged by how easy it is.
The first baby steps are easy when you have clear instructions about what to do. If you can watch a video online, you can be blogging in no time. Check out this series of blogging instruction videos. You’ll learn what WordPress is and why you should use it, how to set up your own domain name (your own internet address), how to arrange hosting, and much more. The videos show you all the basics you need to know—things that might have been obstacles for you in the past.
If you already have a blog, there’s good stuff for you, too. Like how to use feedburner to get the most from your RSS feed and how to install and use WordPress plugins.
We’re going to focus on blogging for income next week, so get a head start by checking out the videos. Whether you have a blog or not, you’ll find some helpful information over there.
There's only ONE program I really recommend. It helped me turn my 'hobby' into a $10,000+ per month money making machine. Click here for the exact formula I followed.
